Zelarsoft underwent two stages of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System audit to achieve this certification.
- Stage I of the certification was a document audit where we implemented and reviewed information security policies and objectives, awareness, and training following the ISO 27001 standard requirements. Prior to Stage I, we had conducted an internal audit, management review, risk assessment and mitigation.
- Stage II was the certification audit where accredited external auditors performed audits on operations, infrastructure, HR, services, and products of Zelarsoft and recommended us for Certification.
