DevOps Engineer — Senior

This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership. You'll lead projects, engage directly
with customers, and set the technical direction on the engagements you own.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead customer projects end-to-end — from architecture to delivery
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure for scale, cost, and security
- Drive cloud migrations (cloud-to-cloud or on-prem to cloud)
- Set up observability stacks and define SRE practices for customer environments
- Deploy and optimize AI/ML workloads on GCP
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team
Who We're Looking For?
- 5–8 years of hands-on DevOps/infrastructure experience
- Strong command of the core stack: Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- Comfortable on customer calls — clear communicator, confident technical lead
- Designs for the long term: scalability, maintainability, and cost-efficiency in every decision
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and calm under pressure
